The Fidelco Guide Dog Foundation
The Fidelco Guide Dog Foundation, is the only guide dog school located in New England and a non-profit organization based in Bloomfield, Connecticut. They breed, raise and train German Shepherd guide dogs to be placed with blind men and women.
